In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for.
All the items are covered by insurance, the insurance fee will be calculated in your freight. All the items we ship are well packaged and there are very few cases that the packages are damaged due to unproper packing. In case an item may be damaged in transit and In order to lodge a successful damage claim, Publise must be notified of the damage within five business days from the date the package is received. Please notify Customer Service - be sure to include your order number. As the shipper, Publise will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Pending the carrier's assessment of the damage, Publise will make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. For Publise to perform this service, the package(s) must be received and inspected by the customer and not refused under any circumstances
Product damaged in shipping is not covered by a manufacturer warranty and not eligible for our Easy Return program.
